Each consultation is set for about 50 minutes. That’s usually the natural point when our conversation wraps up, but if we happen to go a little over — up to an hour — I’ll never rush you.
During the call, I’ll take notes so you can focus on the discussion. Afterward, I’ll send you a follow-up email with a detailed summary, including personalized recommendations, useful links, and any relevant travel resources.

When reserving your consultation, you’ll find a space to share a bit about your trip — where you’d like to go, how long you’ll stay, and what kind of experiences you’re hoping for. I’ll review this before our call to get a general idea, though my time is limited, so I can’t promise detailed research in advance.
That said, if any questions come up during our conversation that I don’t have an immediate answer to, I’ll always look into them afterward and follow up to make sure you receive the most accurate and up-to-date information.
How Many Calls Are Needed
For most itineraries, one consultation is usually enough. Travelers who plan to stay longer — perhaps exploring the region in depth or spending a month or more in Guangxi — sometimes return for a second call to fine-tune their plans after trying out the first round of recommendations.

ACCOMMODATION IN GUILIN | klook.com and WeGoTrip are the best platforms to find hotels, hostels, and guesthouses in Guilin. They offer a wide range of stays from boutique river-view hotels to countryside homestays.
RENTAL CARS | If you prefer to explore beyond Guilin, The localrent Cars is an easy way to compare prices and car types. It’s reliable and transparent about costs.
BUS & TRAIN TICKETS | Use Trip.com or 12306 China Railway for long-distance travel. Both are easy to use and cover routes to Yangshuo, Longji Rice Terraces, and beyond.
VPN | Internet access in China is limited, so using a VPN is essential if you want to access Google, Instagram, or WhatsApp. I personally recommend ExpressVPN for its stability and speed.
FLIGHTS | Check Google Flights or aviasales for flights to Guilin. China Southern and Air China operate frequent routes, and budget options like Spring Airlines can also be a good choice.
